My goal is to help you feel heard, supported and understood. Whether you are coming to therapy to set healthy boundaries, reframe your anxious thoughts, think through how internal family dynamics affect you, manage neurodivergence, navigate sexual orientation and gender identity, I'm here to support you. Therapy is collaborative process where we work together. I take a direct warm relational approach to help you express yourself authentically, gain insight into your patterns, reframe negative self-talk and strengthen how you cope with things that feel hard.
