Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite like yourself lately, you're not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it on your own. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, or challenges related to addiction, reaching out is a powerful first step. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in both hospital and outpatient settings since 2019. This background allows me to support clients across a range of needs—from acute challenges to long-term healing and stability. I understand how difficult seasons can feel, and I’m here to help you find a path toward relief, clarity, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Our work together is collaborative and tailored to you. I take time to truly understand your story, your goals, and what matters most in your life. From there, we’ll build a plan that combines evidence-based strategies with practical tools you can use in your day-to-day life. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and focused on helping you feel both supported and capable.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a provider who is present, engaged, and committed to your progress. I focus on recovery, growth, and helping you build skills that lead to lasting change—not just short-term relief. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more in control, more confident, and more aligned with the life you want to live.
