Great to meet you!

Most of my clients come to me feeling frustrated — they've tried medications, pushed through on their own, or been told "you're fine," yet still don't feel like themselves. I take a different approach: I slow things down, listen closely, and focus on getting it right.

I specialize in ADHD, depression, anxiety, and opioid use disorder (including Suboxone/buprenorphine treatment), and I work with both adults and adolescents. Many of my clients are high-functioning and dependable on the outside — but internally feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck.

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and over a decade of experience across acute care, emergency psychiatry, and residential treatment settings.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, direct, and results-focused — because feeling heard matters, but actually getting better matters more. I combine thorough psychiatric evaluation and careful medication management with supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and practical strategies for sleep, focus, emotional regulation, and stress. Care is always collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to your life — not one-size-fits-all.

I offer convenient telehealth appointments to make care easier to access.

What you can expect from me

Expect a thorough, structured, and supportive psychiatric evaluation. We'll explore what brought you in, your symptoms, history, and any prior treatments — so we get a clear picture of what's going on, not just a quick fix. You'll leave with a personalized plan, clarity on next steps, and — if appropriate — a medication recommendation with clear education on what to expect. Most clients leave feeling more informed, more hopeful, and relieved to finally have a path forward.
