Great to meet you!

My professional work experience has provided me with many opportunities to learn, increase my knowledge about the effects of early childhood emotional/physical/sexual abuse and neglect resulting in anxiety/depression/cluster personality disorders and subsequent difficulties trusting others, setting health boundaries and caring for own emotional needs.

My approach to therapy

Because my therapy is process driven, I help patients learn to let go of control, be in the moment and increase their ability to accurately identify and express feelings as a way to let go and move forward in emotionally healthier ways. I use a collaborative approach with identifying treatment goals with the understanding that each person is responsible for their own process and goal setting.

What you can expect from me

They will have an experience that is emotionally validating, supported where they can gain increase self insight and skills to decrease anxiety/depression and increase self confidence to help improve interpersonal relationships.
