Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your full, authentic self—without having to pretend you’re okay or have everything figured out. I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them.

I strive to create a space that is warm, collaborative, identity-affirming, and real. There is room for depth, humor, and the messy parts of being human while we work toward meaningful change. I have experience supporting people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, identity exploration, and life transitions, and I especially value creating an affirming space for queer and BIPOC clients.

Whether you're hoping to heal from past experiences, better understand yourself, or simply feel more grounded and connected in your life, you don't have to do it alone. I would be honored to support you.

My approach to therapy

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. My work is tailored to each client and their individual needs, experiences, and goals.

Brainspotting is central to my approach. It is a brain-body therapy that can help access and process experiences that may be difficult to put into words. By working with the nervous system and paying attention to what is happening in the body, Brainspotting can support deeper processing and healing, particularly for trauma and experiences that continue to feel "stuck."

I also integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Depending on your needs, our work may include exploring patterns, developing practical coping tools, building awareness, and identifying what matters most to you so you can move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values.

Therapy is a collaborative process. We will work together to find an approach and pace that feels supportive while also making room for meaningful growth and change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it's your first time. Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin talking about what brings you to therapy.

I'll ask questions about what you're experiencing, your history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You'll also have the opportunity to ask me questions and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

There is no pressure to share everything at once or tell your entire life story in the first session. We'll move at a pace that feels manageable for you. By the end of our time together, we'll begin to identify your goals and discuss what therapy might look like moving forward.
