Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor and owner of Echelon Counseling, and I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional numbness, relationship issues and life transitions. Clients often tell me I’m down to earth, easy to talk to, and that they feel genuinely heard and understood. My approach is direct but empowering—I’ll help you make sense of what you’re going through while supporting you in creating meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can be honest, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we focus on understanding the patterns that may be contributing to your current challenges while also identifying clear, practical steps forward. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy to help you build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. I also teach effective communication skills so you can express yourself more confidently and improve your relationships. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, capable, and equipped to move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to share what’s been weighing on you. I create a relaxed, comfortable environment where you can slow down, take your time, and talk openly without feeling rushed or pressured. At the same time, I help you begin identifying clear goals so our work together feels meaningful and purposeful. Many clients leave the first session feeling relieved, understood, and more hopeful about their ability to move forward.
