Great to meet you!

I strive to create a warm and healing atmosphere for my clients to experience progress while feeling safe and supported. I value my role as clinician and appreciate connecting with each individual client for their specific needs and goals.

In addition to being a Nationally Certified Counselor, outpatient therapist, I am a certified Clinical Supervisor for Limited Licensed Professional Counselors while they are gaining experience and learning the field.

My approach to therapy

With compassion, patience and empathy, I assist clients in gaining effective coping skills, setting healthy boundaries, implementing positive lifestyle choices, and improving decision-making strategies.

We work together to identify origins of problematic or maladaptive beliefs and patterns of behavior in order to confront and replace them.

What you can expect from me

I value the connection and trust necessary for a therapeutic relationship to feel comfortable, successful and productive.

I help my clients feel safe to share honestly while offering validation and accountability for opportunities of growth, empowerment, and skill-building.
