Great to meet you!

The best therapeutic relationships are collaborative. Together we’ll find the ways that best help you heal, grow and live a new life that is uniquely yours. I will support you, guide you, offer a helpful perspective, and celebrate each of your gains. I’ll also challenge you and let you know when you’re jumping to negative conclusions—and I’ll do the same when you aren’t giving yourself enough credit. We’ll share deep conversations and maybe even a few laughs along the way to reaching your goals.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is not about being “cured” or “fixed”. Rather it’s a place to be truly seen, understood and heard. I go out of my way to build a meaningful connection with you. With each session, I strive to create a safe and nurturing space that encourages you to explore your experiences, cope with the circumstances you can’t control and develop compassion and curiosity about your thoughts and feelings without feeling judged.

What you can expect from me

An important thing to know about me is that my style of therapy is supportive, interactive, and collaborative. This is work we will do together. We will help you find healing as a team. I will encourage you to actively participate in therapy, challenge yourself to make positive changes in your life, and join me in better understanding unhelpful patterns and areas for growth. When we work together, I will provide you with support, feedback, and helpful tools to bring more balance and self-compassion into your life.
