Great to meet you!
Do you often feel emotions intensely—and at times, overwhelmingly so? You may be the one others rely on, yet privately feel exhausted or stretched thin. You might be caught in cycles of anxiety, low mood, or self-criticism that’s hard to quiet. Struggles with binge eating, body image, or emotional burnout may be part of your story. Perhaps you're grieving a loss that isn’t easily seen, or working hard to appear “fine” while feeling disconnected within. I specialize in supporting thoughtful, emotionally attuned adults. If this resonates with you, therapy can help, and I invite you to reach out.
