Great to meet you!

Do you often feel emotions intensely—and at times, overwhelmingly so? You may be the one others rely on, yet privately feel exhausted or stretched thin. You might be caught in cycles of anxiety, low mood, or self-criticism that’s hard to quiet. Struggles with binge eating, body image, or emotional burnout may be part of your story. Perhaps you're grieving a loss that isn’t easily seen, or working hard to appear “fine” while feeling disconnected within. I specialize in supporting thoughtful, emotionally attuned adults. If this resonates with you, therapy can help, and I invite you to reach out.

I am a Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the mental health field since 1991. I have extensive experience with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I received my Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. I completed my fieldwork at Northwestern’s Legal Clinic and Evanston Township High School. I specialize in anxiety, depression, perinatal mood disorders, life transitions, work stress, and trauma. Clinical Specialties: adolescents, college students, and adults with a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, postpartum mood disorder, stress management, women’s issues, chronic pain, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, grief, loss, parenting challenges, anger management, identity development, and adjustment disorder

My approach to therapy

Creating a safe and validating space is fundamental to my practice. I deeply value collaboration and strength-building, guiding you with compassion and expertise to uncover and address underlying patterns and challenges.

In addition to therapy techniques such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and DMDR, I emphasize the importance of coping mechanisms like mindfulness and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

I'm committed to serving my clients, with the ultimate aim of supporting you on your journey to wellness.
