I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 17 years experience working with first responders, tech, entertainment, health care, military members and families, LGBTQ+, marginalized populations, culture, diversity and inclusion, women’s issues, anxiety, communications sand work life balance. I work with anxiety, grief, self esteem, sex positivity, life transition and adjustment concerns. I am licensed in HI, CA and VA

My approach to therapy includes means to explore what are research based means to improve and achieve well being such as Cognitive behavioral, Dialectic behavior Therapy, solution focused, trauma informed, attachment based and motivational interviewing. I honor your uniqueness and will work with you to identify strengths to work towards helping you achieve your goal(s).
