Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I’ve been providing therapy since 2006 and earned my master’s degree from Liberty University. My approach is trauma-informed, supportive, and focused on helping you feel safe and understood. I work with personality disorders, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders, and I’m committed to helping you build practical tools for lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe healing happens when you feel safe, heard, and respected, so I work to create a space where you can be open without judgment. I use practical, evidence-based tools to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also building healthier coping skills. Together, we focus on meaningful goals and steady progress that fit your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your goals, and what you hope will feel different in your life. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, and you’ll have space to share at your own pace. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying clear goals and next steps so you leave with a sense of direction and support.
