Great to meet you!

I am approaching my 4th decade of experience working with individuals, couples, and parents. I believe that treatment must be oriented around insight and change. The first step to change is to develop a practical understanding of the problem and the "why?". The second step is to agree to work together to improve the problem by doing something different, the "how?".

A bit about my approach to therapy

Change starts with healthy reflection, interpretation, and ultimately insight and understanding. This change can be accelerated through therapy. There is no "one size fits all" as we all have unique experiences, needs and differences that brought us to where we are at this moment, and then the next. You can expect to receive customized attention that strategically fits you and your lifestyle.

What you can expect from our first session

You will be listened to and heard and can expect to receive homework at each session. Change occurs outside of session and bringing your insight to real-life experiences is the goal.
