Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! My name is Stella, and I provide both medication management and individual therapy using CBT to support people navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD, PTSD, anger, and stress. I work with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life, and my goal is to help you feel more balanced, in control, and supported.

I’ve spent the last 16 years working in an inpatient psychiatric setting, which has given me a deep understanding of how mental health challenges can impact daily life. I’ve worked with people at all stages of their journey, and I bring that experience into a space that feels warm, open-minded, and solution-oriented.

I know reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to meet you where you are and support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and holistic. I focus on understanding the full picture of what you’re going through, not just symptoms, but your experiences, stressors, and goals.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you better understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, and to build practical tools that make everyday life feel more manageable. I also provide psychoeducation and supportive therapy, and when needed, I collaborate with other healthcare providers to make sure you’re getting well-rounded care.

We’ll work together to find what actually works for you, with a plan that feels realistic, personalized, and supportive.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on, what brought you in, and what you’re hoping to feel or see change. I’ll take time to understand your needs so we can begin creating a plan that feels right for you.

You can expect a space that feels supportive, patient, and focused on you. Every person is unique, so your care will be tailored to your specific goals and experiences. My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and reassured that there is a path forward.
