My approach to therapy

With a person-centered approach at the core of their practice, they combine trauma informed, holistic and somatic strategies to create a nurturing environment where clients can explore their identities and experiences. They are trained in EMDR, ACT, ERP, Motivational Interviewing and CBT. They acknowledge no space can be inherently safe for everyone, however strive to create a space in which relational healing is at the fore.
