I am youthful therapist, and I enjoy helping young adults learn about their emotional world that they engage in. My earliest work involved supporting men in the earliest stages of substance abuse recovery. I am a graduate of The George Washington University's Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. My topics that I have particular demonstrated ability in is substance abuse, depression, bipolarity, ADHD, schizophrenia, and personality disorders (Narcissism).

My approach to therapy

I am a psychodynamic therapist. Those are the foundations I approach my work with. I am also humanistic and seek to work on our counseling relationship by first establishing a rapport.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will simply develop rapport, basic expectations of the counseling process, the parameters in which we'll operate, and by in from all present parties.
