Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Stephanie — and I'm so glad you're here.

Taking the first step toward mental health care is not easy. It takes courage, vulnerability, and a deep desire for something better. The fact that you are here tells me something powerful about who you are.

Isaiah 61:1-3 reminds me that there is beauty in our brokenness — and that God uses our brokenness for His masterpiece. Your purpose is often birthed from pain. So don't waste your pain.

I know what it means to carry weight in silence. I know what it means to show up for everyone else while quietly falling apart on the inside. And I know the freedom, the joy, and the wholeness that becomes possible when you finally decide to do the inner work through the power of the Holy Spirit.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in one core belief: True healing comes from the power of the Holy Spirit.

I do not believe in cookie-cutter treatment. Every person who walks through my virtual door brings a unique story, a unique history, and a unique set of strengths — and your care plan should reflect that.

Whole-Person Care

I treat the mind, body, and spirit together. Mental health is not just about managing symptoms. I believe in getting to the root of the problem so you do not have to keep dealing with the growth of the seed. We will not just put a bandage on your pain. We will understand it, address it, and heal it — together.

What you can expect from me

You will be heard — truly heard.

I will not rush through your story. I will take the time to understand your full history, your current struggles, your goals, and what matters most to you. You will never feel like a number or a checklist.

You will be treated as a whole person.

Your mental health care will take into account your medical history, your cultural background, your spiritual values, your relationships, and your life circumstances. Everything matters here.

You will be educated, not just treated.

One of my greatest commitments is to make sure you understand your care. I will explain the what, the why, and the how behind every recommendation. My goal is not to create dependence on treatment — it is to equip you with the tools and understanding to protect your wellness for the long term.

You will be met with compassion — always.

There is no judgment here. No shame. No pressure to have it all together. You can come as you are, say what you feel, and trust that you will be received with grace, empathy, and unconditional regard.
