Great to meet you!

I work with adults and teens who are navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, shame, perfectionism, depression, and patterns that leave them feeling disconnected from themselves. My goal is to help you understand how those patterns developed, reconnect with who you are, and create changes that feel sustainable rather than forced.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma and PTSD and use EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, attachment work, parts-informed therapy, and other approaches based on what fits you best. My style is curious, direct, collaborative, and paced around what feels manageable. We’ll look at both what you’re experiencing now and the patterns underneath it.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding what brings you to therapy, what feels most difficult right now, and what you want to change. We’ll talk about relevant history, current patterns, and your goals, but you won’t be expected to tell your entire story at once. The goal is for you to leave with a clearer sense of what we may work on together and whether the fit feels right.
