Great to meet you!

I am licensed in Louisiana and Arkansas to support your mental health journey. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression to females across the lifespan, including girls, teens, young adults, and middle-aged women. Life can feel overwhelming at any age.

My approach to therapy

I work with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, relationships, motherhood, career stress, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and grounded in faith, honoring the whole person-mind, body, and spirit.

Whether you are a parent seeking support for your child, a teen navigating anxiety and self-doubt, a young adult facing life transitions, or a woman in midlife carrying the weight of many responsibilities: You do not have to walk through it alone.

What you can expect from me

At every stage of life, females face unique emotional challenges. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to heal. Therapy is a place to gain insight, develop healthy coping skills, and reconnect with your strengths.
