Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida and a licensed professional counselor in Oklahoma. I work with clients of all ages who are experiencing stress and anxiety. I have more than 10 years experience working with families and caregivers experiencing the loss and changes that come with aging or a dementia diagnosis. I am trained as a support group leader for the Alzheimer's Association.

My approach to therapy

My clients want clarity, relief and emotional balance but may feel stuck or exhausted. I guide my clients to identify patterns of thinking that are leading to distress. Therapy includes learning tools to improve coping strategies while navigating through challenges. Sessions are solution-focused as we work towards lasting change.

What you can expect from me

There can be unpredictable stages of life that cause uncertainty about where this is leading or how you will make it through. At times it may feel like you are walking the same path day after day. Each session provides support and tools to improve your coping strategies as you navigate through challenges, helping you find purpose and peace on your path.

"Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tiptoe if you must, but take that step." Quote by Naeem Calloway

You are not just another appointment. I'm looking forward to meeting with you.
