Great to meet you!

I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and life transitions in a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be honest, understood, and supported—not judged or told what you “should” do.

My approach is individualized and draws from evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck while helping you feel more confident, connected, and in control of your life.

I’m licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, and I provide therapy in both English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and past experiences.

Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical tools for managing challenges, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to better understand yourself and create the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, goals, and relevant background, and you’ll have space to share what feels most important to you.

We’ll also begin identifying patterns and areas you’d like to work on together and develop an initial plan for therapy. There’s no expectation that you have everything figured out before we meet. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the very beginning.
