Great to meet you!

I am a fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker that graduated with my master's degree from Michigan State University. I became certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in 2021.

My approach to therapy

I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping you uncover your inner resilience and empower positive change. I believe in discovering your unique strengths and that within each of us lies untapped potential waiting to be found. I utilize a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Approach, etc. to guide you toward that resiliency, self-acceptance, healing, and positive transformation.

What you can expect from me

When we work together, you're not just a client; you are a partner on this journey toward empowerment, self-discovery, and growth. I truly see us as a team. I'll provide a safe space for you to express your feelings, process experiences, find clarity, and grow.
