Great to meet you!
I believe meaningful change happens in a safe, non-judgmental space where people feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and integrated behavioral health.
I view mental health as deeply connected to overall wellness. You cannot have good physical health without good mental health. I take a whole-person approach — looking at emotional patterns, relationships, stress, health, work, and life transitions to understand the full picture.
I work collaboratively with clients to identify patterns, build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create sustainable change. I am direct when helpful, compassionate always, and focused on empowering you to become the strongest, most grounded version of yourself.
