Great to meet you!
Coming to counseling can feel nerve-racking or overwhelming. I always tell clients “Come as you are.” If you feel nervous, come nervous - I will meet you where you are and will never judge you.
I’m grateful for my 25+ years of experience helping women escaping domestic violence, men and women recover from drug and alcohol addictions (most often with trauma histories), and children and teens in and out of the school setting with various struggles including ADHD, trauma, depression, and anxiety. While I have experience working with many different populations, my primary focus has been working with women and teen girls with emotion dysregulation, eating disorders, addictions, life transitions, relationship issues, depression and anxiety.
I received my master’s degree at Lewis and Clark College in 2006 and have been working in the private practice setting since 2008.
