Great to meet you!

I work with individuals navigating bipolar disorder or experiences of psychosis, and the emotional aftermath that can follow. These experiences can be frightening, disorienting, and isolating, and the process of finding effective treatment can sometimes feel just as overwhelming. Navigating medication changes, difficult side effects, and a fragmented mental health system can leave people feeling exhausted, misunderstood, or unsure of whom to trust.

My approach to therapy

Therapy can be a space to make sense of what you’ve experienced, process the trauma and uncertainty that may linger, and reconnect with yourself beyond a diagnosis. My approach centers your lived experience, respects your autonomy, and recognizes that healing is not always straightforward.

What you can expect from me

You deserve care that takes your experiences seriously, meets you with compassion and relatability rather than judgment, and helps you move toward a life that feels meaningful and your own.
