Great to meet you!

Hi there, I’m Dr. Stephanie Lynch, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who works with children, teens, and adults. Before moving to New Mexico from New Jersey, I spent 10 years working as an L&D RN, and that experience shaped the way I care for people with both compassion and practicality. My path into mental health may have started unexpectedly, but it quickly became the work I felt most called to do.

My approach to therapy

I see treatment as a collaborative process where you feel heard, supported, and involved every step of the way. I look at the full picture, including emotional wellbeing, daily functioning, and overall mental health, before treating and incorporating medication management and talk therapy. My goal is to create a space where patients of all ages feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you can expect a warm, judgment-free space where we take time to get to know you, your concerns, and what you hope to get out of treatment. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and work with you to build a plan that feels realistic and supportive. Whether you’re coming in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, we’ll start by meeting you exactly where you are.

If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to support you on your path toward healing and growth.
