Great to meet you!

I believe people are more than the challenges they face, and I love helping people recognize their strengths and discover that change is possible, even when life feels overwhelming. As a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C), I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, substance use and recovery, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions. I strive to create a space where you can show up as you are, feel heard without judgment, and be honest about what you are going through. You don't have to have all the answers or know where to start; we can figure that out together.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is about understanding yourself, learning to listen to what your mind and body are telling you, and finding new ways to navigate life's challenges. My approach incorporates somatic therapy, which focuses on the connection between your body and emotions, along with solution-focused therapy and practical tools from CBT when helpful. I want therapy to be a place where you feel supported while also discovering your own strengths, building confidence, and making changes that feel meaningful to you. We will work together at a pace that respects your experiences and your goals.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you are used to handling things on your own, so my goal is to help you feel comfortable being yourself. Our first session is a chance to get to know each other, talk about what has been weighing on you, and explore what you hope will change. You don't need to have the right words or know exactly what you need; we will take things one step at a time. I want you to leave feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about the possibility of moving forward.
