Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are navigating difficult experiences, including trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting challenges, and everyday stressors. You might be feeling overwhelmed or wanting something to shift in your life but aren’t sure where to start. We are all shaped by our experiences and environments, and I believe meaningful change becomes possible with the right support and guidance. I enjoy helping people build healthier habits, understand themselves more deeply, recognize patterns that are no longer serving them, and improve the way they connect with others.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental. I approach clients with curiosity and compassion, creating space for authentic exploration and growth. I use an integrated approach that incorporates both mind and body, exploring how nervous system regulation and lifestyle choices influence overall well-being.

I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy. My goal is to tailor therapy to each individual, supporting healing and helping individuals move toward greater resilience and thriving.

I practice from an anti-oppressive, social justice-oriented perspective and strive to foster an inclusive space for people of all identities, backgrounds, and beliefs.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will get to know one another, exploring what brought you into therapy and what you hope to gain from therapy. We will work together in a way that feels supportive and comfortable for you.

Finding a therapist that is a good fit can feel overwhelming, and it is important that we are a good match for one another. I offer a free 15-minute consultation, so please feel free to reach out to see if working together feels like the right path for you.
