Great to meet you!

I help children, teens, adults, and families heal from trauma, grief, and overwhelming life experiences. You may be dealing with panic attacks, sleepless nights, nonstop worry, irritability, dissociation, explosive emotions, or feeling like what happened to you is still affecting your work, relationships, and everyday life. I work with clients healing from sexual abuse, domestic violence, childhood abuse or neglect, grief, car accidents, and other painful experiences that can leave you feeling stuck in survival mode.

My approach to therapy

Treatment: My approach is person-centered, affirming, and grounded in long-term healing, safety, and trust. I use evidence-based trauma treatment, including EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, CBT, play therapy, mindfulness, Family Systems Trauma Therapy, and other specialized approaches to help clients build coping skills, regulate emotions, and move forward with more stability and confidence.

What you can expect from me

I offer in-person and virtual therapy in Tennessee, with weekday, evening, and weekend availability. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation and accept self-pay and insured clients, including Medicaid/TennCare. To get started, call, text, or email me through my profile or website.
