Great to meet you!

Life can be tough. I know, I have lived through my share of adversity and setbacks. There is an old saying that 'what does not kill us makes us stronger'. which. as it turns out is pretty accurate. Challenges and hardships allow us to discover strengths we never even knew we had, We become more resilient, less afraid and more empowered, allowing us to see the world not as a scary place but one of endless possibilities.

Are you ready to prioritize your mental health and build the best version of yourself? Are you ready to start looking forward instead of back? If so, let's get started!

I have experience in helping clients manage stress and anxiety, grow motivation, build self esteem, and confidence, overcome career difficulties, & cope with life changes. As the expert of your story you alone can write the next chapter on your way to your happily ever after.

I have experience working with older adults, adults, (teens 17+), veterans, active-duty military and their families, college students, EMS personnel, and caregivers in the treatment of mental health and life transition issues, marital issues, interpersonal issues, deployment, military separation, reunification, divorce, work and school issues.
