I understand that sometimes life can be challenging and can hinder personal growth, happiness, relationships, quality of life, professional success, parenting among other things.

You may be surprised to know that there are ways to manage these feelings so you can grab the reigns and get back on that horse! If you want to create meaningful change you have come to the right place! The ability to change exists within each of us, sometimes we need a little help to find it.

I believe in empowering and supporting clients to help them get from where they are now to where they want to be. We will work together to eliminate barriers to change, challenge maladaptive thinking, and learn new skills to allow you to regain control of your life.

My treatment modalities include;

Talk Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Problem Solving Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, Psychotherapy, MI and Resiliency Training
