What you can expect from me

Enhanced Introductory Session Message

Welcome! Our work together begins with an introductory session where you'll have the space to share your story and discuss what you hope to achieve in therapy. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment—one where you can feel comfortable opening up, being vulnerable, and expressing your true self, knowing that this space is safe and supportive.

What You Can Expect

  • Listening to Your Story: This first meeting is a chance for you to share what’s brought you here, at your own pace.
  • Goal Setting Together: We’ll collaborate to clarify what you’d like to get out of therapy—whether that's building healthier boundaries, navigating relationship challenges, or working through emotional pain.
  • A Supportive Atmosphere: I’m committed to fostering trust, openness, and security, so you feel empowered to explore and address what matters most to you.
