Great to meet you!

I have over a decade of professional work in behavioral health research and clinical practice. I am inexpert helping clients in reduce depression, anxiety, ADHD symptoms, Hypomania, ADHD and major life transition including career and employment, transitions in important relationships, and grief and loss. Developing an identity and self that believes in change towards wellness is where we begin. I challenge clients, I ask many question, I direct and I redirect.

I hold a few spaces on my calendar for women who want to understand the impact of chaotic childhoods and childhood trauma where the threat of violence was too often present.

I support clients in getting comfortable with being assessed for medications to treat the above conditions when I recognize it as the best possible course along side regular psychotherapy.

I work best with clients who are highly motivated and take responsibility for how they make major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

We will work from a client centered approach to help you clarify your needs, be a safe place to voice your feelings and embolden your skills to live the life you want.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy helping people gain skills that restore their sense of self, confidence, and willingness to actively navigate the dynamics of their life. I strive to foster calm, stability, a sense of inner control, and interest in authentic connection. I look forward to supporting you through issues including anxiety, depression, codependency, substance misuse/abuse, grief, anger, lack of boundaries, trauma, compassion fatigue, and eating disorders.
