Great to meet you!

Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. With over 15 years of experience as a Clinical Social Work Therapist, I provide a warm, supportive space to help you navigate anxiety, sleep difficulties, and other life stressors. I take a holistic, person-centered approach that honors the connection between mind and body. Together, we’ll identify patterns, build coping skills, and take meaningful steps toward lasting change. You don’t have to do this alone—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. I integrate these approaches within a holistic, person-centered framework, helping you manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so you can live in line with your values. Therapy is collaborative and practical, tailored to your unique needs, whether you’re new to therapy or returning.

What you can expect from me

In the first few sessions, we’ll explore your main concerns, identify patterns, and create a plan tailored to your goals. You’ll begin learning practical tools to manage stress, navigate life changes, and address challenges—all within a supportive, collaborative space. Many clients start to feel more empowered within the first few weeks, with continued growth as therapy progresses.
