Great to meet you!

As a trauma-informed therapist, I am committed to meeting clients where they are emotionally and accompanying them on their journey toward healing and growth.

I am trained in trauma-informed therapies and have completed Reiki Level 1 certification.

As a lifelong learner, I continually seek out opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills. I am passionate about working with diverse populations and staying up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices.

My approach to therapy

I honor each client's unique perspective and experiences. By combining person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT, and DBT techniques, I create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their challenges and develop coping strategies. My focus is on active listening and empowering clients to navigate their own healing process.

What you can expect from me

I believe in a holistic approach to healing, drawing on both Eastern and Western philosophies to address the mind, body, and spirit.
