Great to meet you!

I am an LCAS with 12 years professional experience. I have worked with people to develop an understanding of their challenges and how they have contributed to unhealthy patterns that lend to harm in life domains and the impact that has on relationships, legal standing, impulse control, emotion regulation and overall health and wellness. I have 14+ years in my own recovery journey. My favorite quote is "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." - Rumi

My approach to therapy

I take a “not one size fits all” stance and a holistic and person-centered approach to developing a mutually beneficial and therapeutic relationship with your aims at the helm. I would describe myself as eclectic in method and modality. With validation, affirmations, directness and a humor, we will find solutions together through an enduring process of developing self acceptance, application of insight, letting some stuff go, realizations of your intentions, and learning useful skills.

What you can expect from me

You are built to survive. You have the capacity to persevere. You will discover and accept you are whole. Your challenges and circumstances are research for self-discovery. Taking responsibility for how you perceive and respond to life is essential for finding meaning and purpose. You will create healthy patterns that enhance your life. You will discover how you uniquely thrive. You will learn to turn faults into valuable resources. You will experience significant growth and understanding
