Great to meet you!

I know that reaching out for mental health support can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you’ll be met with warmth, compassion, and without judgment. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, sharing what you’re going through, and knowing that your concerns are truly being heard.

I believe mental health care should never feel one-size-fits-all. I take an evidence-based, whole-person approach while getting to know you beyond your symptoms. We’ll work together to create a treatment plan that fits your needs, preferences, and goals. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, mood changes, ADHD or other neurodivergent experiences, or simply feeling like something isn’t quite right, my goal is to help you find greater balance and feel more like yourself again.

I provide care in both English and Spanish**

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care should feel like a partnership. I take the time to listen, understand what you’re experiencing, and learn what matters most to you. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you feel heard and supported.

I take a whole-person approach to care, looking beyond symptoms to understand how things like stress, relationships, lifestyle, physical health, and life experiences may be affecting your well-being. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan that feels realistic and fits your individual needs and goals. I also believe in making sure you understand your options, so you can feel confident and involved in decisions about your care.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my main goal is to get to know you and understand what brings you to care. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, your mental and physical health history, current concerns, medications, lifestyle, and what you hope to get out of treatment.

I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and sharing at your own pace. We’ll discuss possible treatment options together, including medication when appropriate, and create a plan that feels manageable and aligned with your goals.

You can expect our first visit to be a conversation—not just a checklist—with plenty of space for you to feel heard and understood.
