Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience helping individuals navigate through life’s transitions, emotional stress, and personal growth. I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, School of Social Work, with a focus in Health and Maternal & Child Health. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I offer a calm, supportive space where change happens gently and intentionally. Together, we’ll uncover meaningful shifts that lead to a more peaceful, empowered you.

My approach to therapy

I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space where we move at your pace—whether you’re navigating interpersonal challenges, holding onto your past traumas, or simply seeking more peace within yourself. Together, we’ll uncover small, meaningful shifts that lead to lasting change.

Therapy with me is collaborative, gentle, and focused on helping you reconnect with your values, quiet the inner noise, and discover a more peaceful, empowered version of you.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with who you are—beyond the noise of expectations, roles, or past experiences. Clients often leave our work together with a deeper sense of clarity, emotional resilience, and self-compassion.

You can expect to:

  • Feel seen, heard, and supported
  • Explore how cultural identity, family dynamics, and lived experiences shape your inner world
  • Learn tools to manage anxiety, stress, and self-doubt
  • Build awareness of patterns that no longer serve you
  • Reconnect with your values, boundaries, and strengths
  • Make small, steady shifts toward the life you want to live

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, whole, and at peace—with yourself and within your world.
