Great to meet you!

The last few years have been a lot, and if you’re feeling overwhelmed, you aren’t alone. I believe you are so much more than a diagnosis or a label. My goal is to help you find your footing again when life feels out of balance. Whether you’re navigating stress, trauma, or just feeling "stuck," I’m here to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to build a life that truly feels like yours

My approach to therapy

I’ve spent over 15 years helping people overcome the obstacles standing in their way. I use specialized tools like DBT (to help manage big emotions) and EMDR (to help process difficult past experiences), but I always tailor our sessions to your unique needs. I’m not here to fit you into a "box"—I’m here to listen to your story and help you find the tools that actually work for your daily life.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel big, but you don’t have to do it alone. In our first session, we’ll simply get to know each other and start a plan that feels right for you. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions for adults and would love to hear from you. Let’s connect and set you on a path towards healing and joy.
