Great to meet you!

For the past ten years I have been working with clients walking through anxiety, depression, relational conflict and those simply looking for deeper satisfaction in life. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University with a double major in History and Education. After teaching for 10 years, I then went on to receive my Masters in Counseling Education from Western Michigan University.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach to counseling with an emphasis on Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It is important to me that I operate from a non-judgmental perspective as I walk with people who grow in their abilities to understand their circumstances and communicate their emotions and needs as they journey through the joys and hardships of life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will start getting to know one another, explore hopes, goals and expectations for our time together. It is also an opportunity for you to assess the feel of relationship to see if we might be a good fit.
