Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Stephen, a therapist who believes that feeling stuck or lost is a deeply human experience — and that you don't have to navigate it alone. I bring compassion, curiosity, and creativity to every session, meeting you exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, social isolation, men's issues, and neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism). My approach is relational — meaning I take time to truly understand your story and work with you to set meaningful, intentional goals.

I draw from a range of evidence-based methods, including CBT, DBT, somatic practices, narrative therapy, and psychoanalysis, always through a trauma-informed lens. I have experience working with children and their families, adolescents, adults, and individuals in end-of-life care.

What you can expect from me

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you're continuing work you've already started, I'm honored to be part of your journey. During our first session, I will learn more about your story and what brought you to me.
