Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals from late adolescence through seniority. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Boston College and am licensed to practice in Maine, New Hampshire, and Florida. My practice focuses on diagnostic clarity and responsive medication management for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD, all rooted in humanistic nursing principles that respect your personal autonomy. I am dedicated to building long-term therapeutic relationships through both in-office visits in York and convenient remote telehealth sessions

My approach to therapy

My philosophy is rooted in a humanistic, patient-centered approach that views you as a whole person rather than just a diagnosis. I believe the foundation of effective treatment is a collaborative and non-judgmental space where your story is heard and your personal autonomy is supported. In our sessions, I work as an active partner to help you find clarity through a blend of evidence-based medication management and supportive talk therapy tailored to your unique life challenges.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a clearer understanding of their mental health and a concrete, manageable treatment plan. My goal is to build a long-term therapeutic relationship that empowers you to move toward a fuller, more balanced life with increased confidence in your recovery journey.
