Stephen Sutton

I most frequently use Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness/Heartfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy, which can encourage elements of independence, honesty, acceptance and direction to the therapy process. My therapy style can range anywhere between non-directive and directive in nature, depending on what each client prefers each session, and I draw on a blend of my education, experience and intuition.
