Great to meet you!

I've been considered a therapist for those that don't like therapy. I value impact the most. Therapy is my art form, not my personality. I'm a musician outside of work sometimes to help others facilitate emotions and other times to control them. I'm a natural explorer because I love a good adventure. I've been practicing for over 10 years and built my foundation on trauma, but enjoy working in all areas of mental health especially with people that have known the most adversity.

My approach to therapy

Clinical work is half of inner healing, and the other half is self discovery. I don't believe one can do whatever they put their mind to; My job is to help you interpret what is the truest version of your self. Only there, can you prosper. I take limited clients in order to be fully present and allow sessions to go to their natural point of completion.

What you can expect from me

I operate primarily through a DBT framework, but borrow from many modalities. Sessions are never a one size fits all. At the foundation, I care a lot about people, and both my humility and strength is what I aim to be remembered for.
