Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because of the amazing results that I achieved by seeing a therapist at various points in my life. That said, I know just how sacred the therapeutic relationship is. It can be life-changing and it can even be life-saving. It certainly was for me.

My clients are individuals, couples, and families. I can provide therapy for many issues but some of my favorite challenges include helping clients overcome depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship issues, family dysfunction, narcissistic personality disorder, and borderline personality disorder. I'm also deeply committed to eradicating suicide.

I received my Master of Arts from National University and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as an Associate Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist. My education, training, and life experience have made me a talented therapist who excels at connecting, validating, and exploring solutions.

You will be heard. You will not be judged. And it would be my honor to work with you.

My approach to therapy

I think my number one strength as a therapist is my ability to connect with my clients. There are many theories on how to do therapy; I use techniques from a variety of theoretical approaches. But when people ask me what my theory or style or approach is, I tell them... "Blood and guts." I give my clients my blood and my guts. Of course that’s just a figure of speech. It just means that I’m willing to get in the trenches with my clients.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel a deep connection and unconditional acceptance without judgment. Ultimately, my job is to teach clients to be their own therapists, so they will certainly learn to look at their challenges in ways that are much more manageable.
