Great to meet you!

My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and client driven. I offer a warm, non-judgmental, non-cookie cutter, and supportive place where clients are encouraged to talk about what matters to them most. I'm curious to collaborate, explore, reflect, listen intently, and help you to utilize your core strengths and skills.

My approach to therapy

The bottom line is therapy works best when it is customized to you and your unique life experience. My therapeutic toolbox includes a mix of CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based, interpersonal, acceptance/commitment, and psychodynamic. My treatment specialties include anxiety, self-improvement, self- esteem issues, relationships, and more.

What you can expect from me

Our first session covers logistics (such as informed consent and confidentiality), current symptoms, initial goal setting w/ coping strategies, flexible pacing, and rapport building. There is absolutely no pressure to dive into your story before you are ready. My goal is to create a collaborative, non-judgmental space where you can understand how your nervous system responds to stress,
