Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Steve Fabius, a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) who is passionate about helping people work through life’s challenges in a supportive and judgment-free space. I work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, communication struggles, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative, while also helping clients build practical tools they can use in everyday life. I believe therapy should feel comfortable, real, and empowering, and I’m committed to helping you feel heard while working toward meaningful growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being honest about what they are experiencing while also feeling challenged to grow in healthy and meaningful ways. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. I specialize in working with anxiety, stress, relationship and family conflict, emotional regulation, communication challenges, and life transitions, while helping clients develop practical coping skills they can apply outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, relaxed, and judgment-free environment where they can openly share what has been weighing on them. During the first session, I focus on getting to know the client’s background, current challenges, strengths, and goals for therapy while helping them feel comfortable and heard. Together, we begin identifying areas of focus and practical steps toward growth, healing, and improved emotional well-being. My goal is for clients to leave the session feeling supported, understood, and hopeful about the process moving forward.
