Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I’m a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges in a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment. I work with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and personalized. I believe that every person’s experiences are unique, and I work alongside clients to develop practical tools, increase self-awareness, and build healthier patterns that support long-term growth and well-being. I commonly incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and strengths-focused interventions tailored to each client’s needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

I earned my graduate degree in social work and have experience working in community mental health, crisis intervention, and outpatient therapy settings. My goal is to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Whether you are seeking support during a difficult time or looking to better understand yourself and your relationships, therapy can be a valuable step toward healing and personal growth. I look forward to working with you.
