Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I specialize in helping people understand what’s really driving their reactions so they can experience real, lasting change—not just temporary relief.

I have a masters degree in theology/ philosophy and a masters degree in counseling.

If you’re tired of feeling stuck in the same patterns and want a clear, practical path forward, I’d be honored to help.

My approach to therapy

I love to help marriages with emotionally focused therapy, internal family systems, and my own model found in my book, “Compromise: One of the Fastest Ways to Ruin your Marriage.” I am EMDR trained for treating trauma. I am sex addiction certified, and help people with mood disorders.

Clients often tell me they feel both challenged and supported in our work together. I’m direct when it matters, but always focused on helping you feel understood, not judged.

What you can expect from me

I want clients to feel heard and understood and valued. I don’t want clients to ever feel judged or criticized. I want them to feel like I am on their team. Most of the time by the first session, I will suggest a direction and see if the client agrees.
