Great to meet you!

I provide online telehealth sessions for people in CA and FL. I see therapy as a connection of support—for you and all your relationships. Think of me as a compassionate and curious traveling companion. We’ll cultivate care-filled space, safe AND brave, looking at where you’ve been, where you’re at, and where you’re heading.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a relational Gestalt psychotherapist. We will pay attention to what is happening here and now in your life, and here and now in our sessions, to make better sense of how everything in your situation fits together, and where additional supports might be helpful.

What you can expect from our first session

Hopefully a better sense of what's going on moment-to-moment, what supports are and aren't available, more flexibility in your perspective, and increased strength about the direction you're moving.
