My approach to therapy

I have completed level 2 of Gottman Method training, along with specialized training in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to assist individuals and couples in managing anxiety, depression and relationship distress.

I like to help individuals gain insight, improve cognitive skills and manage stressors by implementing evidence based techniques . For couples I like to provide tangible and effective techniques to improve communication, manage conflict and increase satisfaction in relationships.
