Great to meet you!

I provide trauma-informed, somatic, and mindfulness-based therapy for adults 18 and up. My approach integrates experiential and depth-oriented practices, including somatic awareness, emotional regulation, inquiry, the Enneagram, and IFS-informed work. I have completed level 1 training in AEDP. Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy is an attachment base experiential model that integrates emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and relational healing to support lasting transformation. AEDP helps clients develop greater capacity to stay present with emotions, reduce patterns of anxiety and disconnection, and cultivate a more secure and compassionate relationship with themselves and others. I work non-pathologizingly, viewing symptoms as meaningful signals rather than problems to be fixed.

My approach to therapy

I offer a collaborative, relational space where you can feel safe, seen, and respected. Therapy with me is paced with care and curiosity, honoring your inner wisdom and capacity for healing. If you’re seeking greater emotional freedom, self-understanding, or connection, I invite you to reach out.

What you can expect from me

You may be struggling with anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, chronic self-criticism, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or others. Many people I work with feel they’ve learned coping strategies that helped them survive earlier experiences, but now feel limiting or exhausting. You may be navigating loss, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or spiritual or existential questions, and long for greater clarity, aliveness, and meaningful connection. Often, clients are seeking therapy that feels depth-oriented, compassionate, and grounded in both emotional and nervous system awareness.
